Connection Restrictions

The Connection Restrictions section allows the Host to be configured such that all connections to it must come from a listed Gateway for:
 
u   Remote control and related services, which prevents Peer-to-Peer connections from the PC-Duo Master
u   Host administration and remote management, such as updating Host Settings through the Deployment Tool
 
Note that Hosts will not be accessible for connectivity through the PC-Duo Master's Peer-to-Peer Hosts tab with the first checkbox ticked.  PC-Duo RAS customers can disable Peer-to-Peer connections entirely with this checkbox so that any and all connections made to Hosts must be performed through the RAS server where connectivity rights to Hosts are centrally enforced.
