Customers often have their own preferred deployment means which is just great, Proxy Networks installation files are all in a standard .msi format. For those with Microsoft's SCCM or equivalent, they typically allow you to choose which file is going to be installed a file to be installed (.msi) and optionally a transform file that contains any settings (.mst), along with reboot options. We would encourage you to work with the following baseline msiexec command:
msiexec /qn /I Master.msi TRANSFORMS="Master.mst"
